Our Work

Promoting Employment for Older Adults and Those with Disabilities

Our first priority is to encourage employers to value the experience, abilities, and contributions of older adults, especially older adults with disabilities. Through public awareness and outreach, we will promote accessible employment opportunities that help restore dignity, independence, and purpose.

This campaign will remain an ongoing part of our mission as we develop Amazing Seasons, followed by Amazing Aqua Fun and, later, our small-home community projects.

Amazing Seasons — Free to Use

Amazing Seasons is our next planned program, designed to provide seasonal items free to use while creating accessible employment opportunities for older adults, especially those with disabilities. Our proposed accessible trailer markets will bring families and communities together while giving older adults meaningful opportunities to work, serve, and connect with others.

Amazing Aqua Fun — Free to Use

Amazing Aqua Fun is planned to follow Amazing Seasons, offering water toys and beach accessories free to use while creating accessible employment opportunities for older adults, especially those with disabilities. Our proposed accessible trailers will serve families at participating recreational locations, helping older adults earn income, connect with others, and contribute to their communities.

Small-Home Communities — Our Future Vision

Our long-term vision is to develop accessible small-home communities where older adults, especially those with disabilities, can live with dignity, independence, and a sense of belonging. The proposed pilot community would include two-bedroom, two-bathroom homes, shared dining and gathering spaces, supportive services, and accessible electric transportation, with private vehicles parked at the perimeter. The community would also welcome employee households and families, encouraging connections across generations.

We plan to pursue this phase as support and funding grow, following Amazing Seasons and Amazing Aqua Fun, while continuing our employment awareness campaign. The images below illustrate our preliminary concept.
